Sixth Street and Parade

This busy intersection near the landmark Armory is divided by a small traffic island. CIVITAS proposed the installation of a neighborhood identifier such as an illuminated clock tower designed to refer to the Armory or to the domes of the nearby Russian Orthodox church. The existing phone booth can be improved and the unattractive bench replaced with a bus shelter.
