all the time in the world
Erie Art Museum Frame Shop, Erie, PA, 2002
Adorning the walls of the store-front gallery, historical and contemporary photographs of children hung in a checkerboard fashion. Visitors were invited to present family photographs for on-site duplication for immediate addition to the exhibit and to the archives of the archives of the local historical society. One display window was filled with large balls, while the other was lettered, in a circle of spray-snow, "all the time in the world." Within the gallery, a painted band of yellow marked the lower third of the walls of this nursery-like setting and a rocker, a wooden high chair, blocks, huge balls and hula-hoops awaited visitors.
